Ozone 369 (Munay Integrative Health LLC) · Last updated: August 10, 2026

This Privacy and Data Use Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Munay Integrative Health LLC, operating under the trade name "Ozone 369" ("Ozone 369," "we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal information of those who visit or interact with ozone369.com (the "Site"). This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, contact forms, subscriptions, event registrations and, where applicable, messaging channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, or a virtual assistant/chatbot linked to the Site. It does not apply to clinical information that you provide directly to our medical staff in the context of an in-person consultation or clinical record, which is governed by our clinical practice privacy policies and, where applicable, by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

1. Important notice about health information

The Site is a marketing and general information channel; it is not a patient portal or an electronic health record system. We expressly ask that you do NOT include sensitive medical information, detailed medical history, laboratory results, or other protected health information in the Site's contact form, in the chat, or in WhatsApp/SMS messages. If you need to share clinical information, please do so directly with our staff through the secure channels available to patients in consultation. Any health information that you voluntarily choose to share through these general channels will be handled in accordance with this Policy and, where applicable, in accordance with the Washington State "My Health My Data Act" and the "sensitive personal information" categories of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), even if you do not reside in those states, as a good-faith practice.

2. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through the Site is Munay Integrative Health LLC, with locations at 7485 NW 4th Street, Plantation, FL 33317 and 8726 NW 26th Street, Suite 27, Doral, FL 33172, United States.

3. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

4. How we use your information

We use the information collected to:

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce significant legal effects on you without human intervention.

5. Legal bases for processing and consent

We process your information based on: (i) your consent, for example when you check the acceptance box on a form or opt in to receive SMS/WhatsApp messages; (ii) the fulfillment of a request you make to us (for example, responding to your inquiry or processing your event registration); (iii) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site; and (iv) compliance with applicable legal obligations.

6. Who we share your information with

We may share your information with:

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some cookie-based advertising tools (see Cookie Policy) may constitute "sharing" data for targeted advertising purposes under the broad definition of the CCPA/CPRA — see section 8 regarding your rights.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request its correction; request its deletion; request the portability of your data; and object to or opt out of the sale or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising, as well as the processing of sensitive personal information. These rights derive from laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and from similar laws in effect in other states (currently around twenty states have comprehensive privacy laws, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Maryland, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Indiana, and Kentucky, among others). Washington residents also have specific rights over "consumer health data" under the My Health My Data Act, including the right to withdraw their consent and request the deletion of such data.

Florida has the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR); however, given its applicability threshold (businesses with annual gross revenues exceeding one billion dollars and other additional criteria), this law generally does not apply to Ozone 369 as a small/medium-sized business; even so, we honor in good faith the principles of transparency and control described in this Policy for all our visitors, regardless of their state of residence.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 13. We will respond within the time frames required by applicable law and may ask you for additional information to verify your identity.

8. "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and Global Privacy Control

If you do not want your information to be used for targeted advertising through third-party cookies, you can let us know by contacting us directly or, when the Site incorporates a cookie management mechanism/banner, by using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" option or by rejecting non-essential cookies. We recognize and honor, where technically feasible, Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as a valid opt-out request under the CCPA/CPRA.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without the verifiable consent of their parents or guardians, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with personal information, contact us to request its deletion.

10. Marketing communications by email and text message

Email: we comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email will include our physical address, an identifiable sender, and a clear unsubscribe mechanism, which we will honor within the time frames required by law.

SMS/WhatsApp: if you choose to receive text messages, we will ask for your express consent in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We will clearly tell you the type of messages you will receive, that consent is not a condition of receiving our services, and how to unsubscribe at any time (for example, by replying "STOP" or "ALTO"). Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

11. Data security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no internet data transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, or until you request its deletion, whichever occurs first.
